What is your typical turnaround time?
We keep projects moving. Your surfaces are installed within 5 days of measure, followed by a QA check 2 days later. And if you ever need us, we guarantee a service visit within 48 hours.
Do you work with production builders nationwide?
We partner with national production builders throughout the Southeast, including VA, NC, SC, GA, and parts of eastern TN. We’re also open to opportunities outside this region and are happy to discuss projects in new markets.
What materials do you work with?
We work mostly with quartz and granite, with quartz increasingly popular. We also keep plenty of standard surfaces on hand, so large builders can get fast, reliable turnaround.
How do you handle service calls?
We’re on-site within 48 hours anywhere in the Southeast for the few service calls we receive. To minimize issues and ensure quality, we document every finished project with a proprietary app, reducing finger-pointing and keeping accountability clear.
What kind of reporting do you provide?
One feature that sets our service apart is the Majestic Report Card. Each month, we provide our customers with a detailed report that includes:
- Number of installs
- Installs on or before due date
- Average time from measure to install
- Number of service requests
- Average time to resolve service requests
- Total square feet installed
- Type of materials installed
